The Auction Vehicle Repurchase Guaranty is a promotional tool offered by
The Pinnacle Group to auction houses nationwide.
The AVRG program provides a guaranteed
repurchase of the vehicle
(s) for 95% of the purchase price if the vehicle is unable to be sold on the
dealer’s lot for 60 days.
The program is beneficial to sellers
because it
attracts more interest to their vehicles and buyers know they can return the
vehicle after 60 days, which decreases their risk. (Dealer attendance at
auctions that use the AVRG product have increased.)
The cost of this program is a flat fee per vehicle. Current customers and lenders are using this program to remarket their excess vehicles.
